Delivery and dispatch

In Ovar, Espinho and Santa Maria da Feira, delivery is always free, regardless of the order value.

In the rest of mainland Portugal, delivery is free on orders of €35 or more. Below this amount, delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

We dispatch orders within 1 to 10 working days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days. In exceptional circumstances, such as promotional periods, high demand or temporary supplier unavailability, delivery times may be longer.

Exchanges and returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request an exchange or return.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging and include all accessories.
